Yes!: When you do not allow the body to repair itself. When you obsess about " must" exercise. When you exercise when you are physsically ill from virus or bacterial infection. When you do not eat enough to cover calories expended during exercise when you are of normal weight, not overweight. When your periods stop, if you are female. I could add more. I believe in strenuous, but sane exercise!
