Time: Unfortunately, there's not much to do other than wait. Nerve healing is slow, and it may take 12 - 18 months for them to fully heal. Fortunately, most people do get their sensation back after this operation.

None.: Unfortunately, there are no measures that you can take personally to regain sensation in the breasts after breast reduction surgery. Hopefully, with ongoing time, the sensation to the affected areas will gradually return. This process may be slow and may require months/years to occur.
