Yes: The Cetirizine (zyrtec (cetirizine)) probably isn't causing your sleeping issues, but the pseudoepherdrine certainly could be. If you are taking this as the combo zyrtec (cetirizine)-d - perhaps just trying zyrtec (cetirizine) (without the d) would solve your sleep issues.

Probably both: Both Cetirizine and pseudophed can affect sleep. Cetrizine can be sedating and pseudophed is a stimulant so it can make falling asleep challenging.
