Hydration: The best way to treat it is to use saline spray several times during the day, use vaseline just inside the nostrils at night, drink lots of fluids, use a humidifier. If this doesn't fix it, then you should have some blood work and have your blood pressure checked (high blood pressure can cause nosebleeds) and see an ent.
