No good answer: Most of the world is not circumcised however ~60-70% of the usa is circumcised. Some data suggests circumcision reduces sensation during intercourse. Circumcision does reduce risk of transmission of sexual transmitted disease (stds) but this is more of a public health benefit (that individual risk reduction is very small). Circumcision is an individual choice with benefits and risks.
