How high do sedimentation rates go in someone with lots of inflammation? it looks like anything under 20 or so is normal. but how high is a fairly high number in someone with active inflammation?

Not an exact test: The ESR is not that exact a test. I would estimate a level above 50 mm/hr. To indicate more extensive inflammation.
