I've had headaches, some memory loss and tightening in the head and neck. what is going on?

Get this evaluated: Perhaps the headaches are migraines, and the tightness is of muscle contraction character associated with this. Some folks with migraine do experience "hemicrania dysphrenia transitoria" where confusion and memory loss occur. But make sure that you are not at risk for other brain conditions, and that your problem doesn't involve medication or recreational drug rxtns.
