Diabetic diet: A diabetic diet is good for both high and low blood sugars. Avoid fast carbs, white sugar, refined flour foods, high fat foods. Instead eat smaller amounts, proteins, complex carbs, eat more frequently. The goal is to avoid spikes in your metabolism. Okay to check in with your doc. Be well.
