Hypoglycemia: There is no good diet for hypoglycemia. If you have diabetes and take insulin you need to reduce the dose. If you are not on medication for diabetes and your blood sugar is low please call your doctor and a visit to the Emergency Room would be important - and do that ASAP.

Calories and portion: The key to losing weight effectively is taking in fewer calories than you can burn. This results in weight loss. Women should restrict their calorie intake to 1200 a day. Men should restrict their calorie intake to 1500 a day. Portion control is essential. An easy way to understand portion control is to look on the back of any nutritional label. One serving size is always listed on the label.
