Arm twitching: Twitching in muscles can mean that a nerve is irritated. That is not the only reason, but one of the most common causes. Usually this would be associated with pain. If this is painless, you should be examined if the twitching persists. Sometimes low magnesium or problems with calcium can cause this but should also be checked by health practitioner.
