May cause bleeding: Fibroids do not directly bleed or discharge fluids, but can cause heavy menstral bleeding by their location, midcycle breakthrough bleeding by irritation, and if a fibroid prolapses (pushes out of cervix) may cause a watery discharge. The later is of significant concern and should be evaluated asap!
