Long term headache : Many causes - some that rise to the top as frequent but not life threatening - insomnia or poor quality sleep. Dietary sensitivities, can be assessed by elimination diet. Chronic infection in sinuses or teeth, jaw pain or pathology, cervical (neck) arthritis or chronic stress and tension. If you live at altitude, check for hypoxia (low oxygen) especially during sleep.
