Yes: Legionella is bacteria that grows in warm stagnated water or moist envirnments. It has been known to colonize the hot water systems of buildings but has been more recently associated with poorly maintained hot tubs. Infection can lead to life-threatening pneumonia if not treated early but usually respond quickly to antibiotics. Check with your local health dept for more information.

Unlikely: Unlikely due to health inspections, but any facility which has pools of open water which can become contaminated, or facilities where insufficient attention is paid to routine sanitation.
