Yes: Legionella is bacteria that grows in warm stagnated water or moist envirnments. It has been known to colonize the hot water systems of buildings but has been more recently associated with poorly maintained hot tubs. Unlikely: Unlikely due to health inspections, but any facility which has pools of open water which can become contaminated, or facilities where insufficient attention is paid to routine sanitation.
