Exercise: Working out is a good way to achieve what you'd like with your body. Swimming the breaststroke is good for toning your pecs and then that might make you look like your breasts are larger or at least less saggy. You can also buy a good push-up bra. Good luck!

Flatter abdomen.: For flatter abdomen eat healthy & get physically active. Calories burned > calories consumed. To tighten ab's: crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, lying leg raises, side bridge & “bicycling” exercise on back. Engage in regular aerobic exercise (i.e. running, swimming, Nordic track, bicycling, kickboxing, walking, cross country skiing, hiking, etc.)
