Your perianal : Itching and burning could be related to the 'bad diarrhea' u say u have.U need workup including stool studies and sometimes colonoscopy with biopsies to diag why you have it. Meanwhile keep the area dry and avoid foods which make your diarrhea worse. Burning diring urination and increase freq is associated with an infection. You will need urine analysis to assess that. Plz see your fam doc.
