by a honey bee on my toe and today i've had severe diarrhea and nausea. might these stings cause the sickness?

Stings : Anything is possible sounds like you should see either your family doctor for a check up or see an infectious disease doctor just like with lymes and other insect bites all types of organisims can be transmitted. It may also just be coincidence.
