See a podiatrist: Whatever "weird thing" is on your foot needs to be evaluated by a foot specialist. A biopsy may be needed if this is a skin growth. An x-ray may be needed if this is a bone problem. A physical examination of the problem is also needed. Other tests may also be indicated. Your podiatrist can do the proper evaluation of your problem.
