See a podiatrist: The corn/callus is your skin's way of protecting itself from where there is pressure. If you don't get rid of what is causing the pressure, the corn/callus will reoccur. This can be done with accommodative padding and orthotics. There are stronger rx medication available to remove the corn/calluses. Also, corns/calluses can mimic other lesions; go see the doc.
