Auras: Initial signs of classical headache involves visual sparkles or scintillations associated with segmental losses of visual field, but the aura may include numbness over face or arm, and even inability to express speech lasting about 10-15 min, followed by a headache over opposite side. Common migraine is not associated with the neurological auras.
