Not dangerous: If you have had them for 6 years and they have not changed, i would not worry too much about them. I would however follow up with the ordering physician about the ultrasound results.

Healed Rib Fracture?: Sometimes coughing or straining or injury can cause a separation of the rib from the cartilage towards the front of the chest or even a rib fracture. When these injuries heal they will form hard lumps that will be located along the course of the rib. No big deal. If unchanged then there is likely little to be worried about.
