Nocturnal vomiting: There could be lots of reasons for this kind of thing, but the most likely is acid reflux which is out of control. Since it is not clear what is the cause of the problem, I would recommend that you see your doctor or a gastroenterologist for evaluation. I would not delay. Good luck
