Celiac: Chronic vomiting could be from many causes. One under evaluated cause is celiac disease. A food "allergy". 7 years would imply that the vomiting is intermittent. The object protruding from the stomach may be a hernia from chronic vomiting in a 45 year old. Or it could be diastasis recti. The pain may signify omentum trapped in the hernia.
