Stomach pain: She may have issues with her gallbladder if she feels nausea with meals. Try to stay away from greasy foods and f/u with the doctor for labs and an abdominal u/s if continues. She may also have some gerd. Stay away from spicy foods and don't recline or lay down for at least 2 hrs after eating.

Many causes: Many different abdominal conditions can cause nausea. Common abdominal causes of nausea include inflammation of the liver (hepatitis) or pancreas (pancreatitis); a blocked intestine or stomach; gastroesophageal reflux , irritation of the stomach, intestinal lining, appendix or pelvic organs; inflammation of the kidney; and gallbladder problems. The most common abdominal illness is gastroenteritis.
