Yes: However, what is needed is more recovery time of the muscle group prior to more extreme exercise. Work on dofferent muscle groups every other day when possible. Your body will begin to tolerate better over time but will allow you tonot be too sore to continue training. I recomend a fitness trainer to help guide you through your conditioning program.
