Probably: Although these glucose values seem high, your glucose level after a meal varies with what you ate, how fast, the speed of your GI tract at digestion, etc. It is hard to precisely say whether your post meal sugars are too high. If you are testing your sugars because you have diabetes, or are worried about diabetes, best to check fasting and pre-meal, and also follow your a1c.
