Check for Bedbugs: Bedbugs are extremely small and live in your sheets/mattress and can cause what you are talking about. Browse "bedbugs" and there are ways to detect them and get rid of them if they are in your bed. The bites occur when you're sleeping

See your PCP: It may not even be "bites", but some other kind of skin reaction. The visit to your PCP is warranted.
