Identify cause first: Depends on the the cause of the loss of feeling. See your pcp first, you will get a referral for a neurologist who can make a diagnosis and then refer you to a hand specialist if they feel that you have carpal or cubital tunnel which can be treated surgically. If you have medical issues causing the problem then some medication may help settle the symptoms for you.
