Hand and shoulders: This depends on how you move your shoulders. Numbness in hands can come from neck being extended or the brachial plexus being stretched (the nerves from the neck to the arm). There is anatomy in the neck and shoulders that explain this. Get an exam from someone who knows necks and the thoracic outlet anatomy and shoulder impingement exam.
