What should i expect when getting your wisdom teeth out?

Depends: A consultation with the dentist or surgeon performing your surgery would be the best person to provide you with the answer. Some patients elect to have their teeth removed just with local anesthesia, while others prefer to be sedated or asleep. Your mouth will be numb regardless. You can expect to have some swelling, bleeding, possible bruising, possible limited opening afterwards.

Complex: Complex question. Depend on many variables including number and position of teeth, age, associated medical problems. For best results, make sure you are evaluated and treated by a board certified oral & maxillofacial surgeon. You will have a very thorough explanation.
