C-Section: Wow this is a good question but the biggest complication is with bleeding. Infection bad scar formation, and the anesthetic risks. Sometimes you may even require a hysterectomy. You can have damage to internal organs that will require repair. Future risks deal with rupture of the uterus in the next labor, and placental complications in future pregnancies. Hope this helps!
