Can there be any over-the -counter diet pills that honestly work?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Weight gain can be viewed as an issue of too much fuel intake for the amount of work done. No matter what you eat you need to use more calories than you eat to lose weight. Things that suppress your appetite usually work only short term. Weight watchers has the best longterm data on maintained weight loss. No pill has good data because you are not changing eating and exercise.
