Ear : If the feeling hasn't gone away by itself, you should get it checked out to see if you did something to your middle ear or your ear drum by the pressure change through the eustachian tube with sneezing.

Blocked ET: Likely a temporarily blocked eustanchian tube. If not gone within a day or two, see ENT doc.
