A member asked:

Is there some food to avoid if u have vitiligo?

No: Diet isn't the key to managing viiligo. Your dermatologist may have something to offer, though treatment isn't spectacularly effective. Different people feel differently about having vitiligo. From reading the internet, one might get the idea that food choice is the key to managing most diseases, even the non-lifestyle-related ones; mostly this is just imagination run wild. Good luck.

No: A good healthy diet w/exercise is best. There are no specific foods to either eat or avoid.
