Try this: For the next several days, try sleeping only for 8 hours & see if you develop the same symptoms, if not, then you are "cured" many people need 6 to 8 hours of sleep & if they have more or less, then they may have problems. But if you still develop these problems then see your physician for an evaluation. For safety sake, be careful driving or working as you may be tired initially w/ less sleep.
