What information do i have to bring along to do the transabdominal ultrasound?

None: The examiner should have an order for the test being performed and should not need anything specific from you other than any pertinent history relating to the reason for the test. If you have had organs removed (ovary, uterus, kidney, gall bladder, etc) the sonographer will want to know.
