How can I balanced my digesting system when I am reguler drunker?

Cut down on your: Alcohol intake and start eating more nutritious fruits and veggies and less red meat may help. Take multivitamins and probiotics to help maintain normal GI flora. Poop daily. Have an annual blood work to check for liver function. Take care!
