Fluid: Increase fluid intake. Drink more water, but also eat more salty food or have drinks with sugar and salt in them, like sports drinks. Congratulations on the baby!

Add some isometric exercises before getting out of bed or chair, like pressing the hands together, buttock squeeze, or overhead arm presses. Don't move too quickly at first, but exercise regularly, and enjoy the pregnancy.
