High thoracic fx: This is an unusual location of fracture and as such suggests high energy mechanism. High energy dissipates in more tissues and may cause more or chronic pain. I suggest you follow up with your treating doc. There may be more to your fracture or cause of pain.

This could be more : Muscular if fracture healed in a position that has you slightly more bent or rounded forward as the weight of your head is now forward rather than more balanced over your body. To have a fracture there would suggest that you do not have good bone density or that there may be another underlying issue with your bones. The fracture should have healed but could re fracture or have another-see doc.
