Maybe (not) . . .: For birth control pills to work, it's important to take them regularly within a few hrs of same time daily. If you can't take pills regularly, ask about a shot every 3 months or a hormonal ring placed in vagina once a month. I can't tell you what's available in australia but here in the states, home pregnancy tests are inexpensive & available w/o prescription at grocery store & pharmacies.
