Several posibilities: He is not sexually attracted to you particularly, he is gay and not revealing it, he has one of the rare conditions in which his sexual drive is simply not as active as in others, or he has some hormonal deficits, or psychological blockages. Low sexual desire: One possible cause is depression -- plus some depression medicines can interfere with sexual functioning too. Performance anxiety; difficulties in the relationship; and conflict about one's own sexuality are others. I've also seen male patients whose histories of sexual abuse impaired their libido. These are only a few! he could work with his doctor to evaluate and address the cause. Good luck.
