A member asked:

I get these little trembles sometimes all over my body. it could be in my legs, arms and back. even though it doesn't hurt should i be concern?

Typically not: Brief, multifocal trembles and twitches are typically not serious. Occasionally they are caused by caffeine, thyroid problems, benign neurological issues (e.g., cramp-fasciculation syndrome), certain meds, anxiety, low calcium disorders, and such. Sometimes it is the result of a prior viral infection, even. If it persists or worsens, then visit you doctor. Best of luck!
