A member asked:

I have lots of angiokeratomas on my thighs & arms. most are cherry red but some spots are a light brown color. can angiokeratomas be brown/flesh color?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: These can be brownish in color. They can be sporadic or occur in fabry's disease. Fabrazyme (agalsidase beta) is now available as a treatment for fabry's disease to prevent progression of kidney disease associated with it.
