Claudication pain: Your pain seems to have acquired during pregnancy which is inconstant radiating down the leg. If it only comes while walking or standing for periods of time then, you may've some form of CLAUDICATION where a nerve or nerve root is being squeezed/irritated OR the activity of the leg exceeds available blood/O2 supply.
