Behavioral changes: These behavioral changes need to be evaluated carefully by a neuropsychiatrist or neuropsychologist. I'm glad his MRI scan is clear, but this will show only anatomic abnormalities, not changes in brain function. Some early dementing processes may show up like this. If present, early treatment is also better to preserve function, than waiting.

These symptoms are : Not specific enough to figure out online. If his symptoms are worsening or fail to improve he should see a general neurologist for an evaluation and exam.
