Restricting food?: The way you're describing your situation ("made it through the day with little food") makes me wonder whether you've been purposefully restricting your food intake? After prolonged fasting, natural hunger responses can become disturbed. You're in charge of your body; feed it. You could be dealing with an eating disorder. Please see your doctor about this -- it's very dangerous for you.
