Maybe: Bentyl (dicyclomine) is used for cramps that arise from the intestine during irritable bowel symptoms. It is possible to confuse these symptoms with menstrual cramps but if true menstrual cramps are occurring, Bentyl (dicyclomine) should have no effect on the uterus.That said, I have heard of women who say that Bentyl (dicyclomine) works for their menstrual cramps.
