If i have had mono, am i able to get it again due to stress?

Unlikely: Mono usually runs its course in a few weeks & up to 10% may have it linger for a few months. With resolution comes immunity to that form of mono. The "chronic fatigue syndrome" that was once thought connected has a separate origin. The mono syndrome itself can accompany several alternative viral infections separate from the eb virus that causes most cases, but that would be a separate infection.

Routine blood test. it showed high #mono (.8), normal %mono (8%), high #IG (.04), high total Bili (1.3) &an Anion Gap of 15.. Everything else normal. I eat pretty well & drink only water (a lot). Urine Ph was 6. Should I be worried? stress related?
