Not likely: There are no studies focused strictly on this issue, but none of the side effects of these medications list it as a problem or complication. However, the underlying condition under which these medications are given (such as kidney disease, certain anemias, etc.) may predispose someone to ovulation or conception problems. Associated conditions may be the problem, not these medications.
