while doing exercise i got a strain in my back but after that also i am keep on doing exercise. is dat advisable for me to continue with my exercises?

You can likely : Continue to exercise but you may want to see a personal trainer or a physical therapist to ensure you are doing things correctly and stretching well to prevent back injury.
