Chest pain and shortness of breath for over a month. 2-3 second heartbeat skips and headache off and on for 4 days. should i be worried?

Not necessarily but: You should get it looked at. Many simple things like anxiety can give you those symptoms. However, there are some very rare (at your age), serious things that could also give you those symptoms. Best to see your primary who can help you rule out the rare serious things and help you treat the more common, benign issue it most likely is.

See cardiologist: Chest pain and shortness of breath are not normal and often associated with cardiac disease. Anxiety can sometimes mimic symptoms of cardiac disease. Certainly a cardiologist should be consulted to rule out cardiac etiology;.Other causes of chest pain include gastroesophageal reflux and musculoskeletal abnormalities.Consult a cardiologist for these issues.
